Metal Gear Solid Touch Review for iPad

Metal Gear Solid Touch for the iPad is a game worth buying for anyone that likes FPS games that are styled like Time Crisis. The story follows Metal Gear solid 4's timeline with a few twists in it. This game has great graphics, two good cutscenes and hours of gameplay between the different modes. There is a lite version for the iPhone or the full version costs $7.99. The iPad version comes with the iPhone bundled with it, which is $7.99 as well.

Seesmic Joins the Real-Time Fray with Seesmic Desktop 2

The Twitter world was buzzing a little bit ago about TweetDeck and Echofon getting the user stream preview.  Well, Seesmic just released a new beta of Seesmic Desktop that has the same user stream preview as the aforementioned clients.

As of today(8/9/10) it is Windows only  and runs on Silverlight, Microsoft's online platform for videos, music and applications. To enable the user stream preview, click the settings gear down on the left -> click plugins -> scroll down until you find Twitter -> click settings -> check the box for user stream previews -> save and restart. Tweets will begin flying at you! That is if, you're following a lot of people. I only follow 209 at the time of this writing, as seen in the video.

UPDATE: You can install it on OS X as well, you just need OS X's Silverlight.

App Review: Dropbox

This in my opinion is one of the top apps in the App Store. It automaticly will sync your files to your PC, Mac, iPhone or iPod touch and gives you 2 GB of free storage (you can get up to 8 GB of storage if you refer people).
My pros and cons are listed below:
Pros:

 - fast syncing of files and documents
- 2 GB of storage (free) which can be built up to 8 GB through referrals
- free app and computer download
- has a security system which includes a pass lock
- allows the user to add favorites from their files
Cons:

- For people who want to backup a lot of files, this app is probably not for you

Rating: 4.5/5
