How to get your Mac Replaced by Apple
So I've compiled a short staged telephone call to Apple to show you how to speak to Apple employees.
The main tricks of getting a replacement unit to be firm in a polite manner. Remember speak to them how you would like people to speak to you. You scratch their back and they'll scratch yours...
Let me know if you have any other problems.

Yea... I got my MacBook Pro replaced by pretending i'm a college student and lots of crying
Do they REALLY upgrade to better specs?
Nice job on the video and very helpful advice. Having worked in computer sales and service, I can tell you that a little politeness can get you a long way by making the transaction pleasant for all concerned while still being assertive about having your needs met. One has to remember that these folks deal with nothing but problems all day...that's why anyone calls...and often a pleasant and polite customer can be a rare thing.
As for me, I'll be making my first service call to Apple since becoming a Mac user in 1991. My MacBook Pro has the Nvidia "Black Screen of Death" GPU failure problem. Hmph.
