Guess Who's Getting A New iMac?

That's right, I am! Bad Photoshopping aside, the new iMac is the current baseline model. That model is roughly half the price of what mine costs, and a good amount better. My current iMac has 250 GB of HDD space, 2.4 GHz processor, shipped with 2 GB of RAM (upgraded it to 4), and a graphics card with 128 MB of memory. The story is, my Mac kept crashing, we tried repairing it, replacing the power supply, logic board, and inverter. That didn't seem to work. I called my Apple representative again, and he decided to ship a replacement right away, no question asked, I just needed to send back my old model. The new iMac should get here on Friday the 20th. I can't wait till it gets here, of course an unboxing video on PDProTech is a must. I'm especially excited to replace my Mighty Mouse (which I love everything about, except the scroll ball) with the Magic Mouse. I'll keep you guys posted, and will make a post with the unboxing. Thank you Apple!

Although I know your not saying this to "brag," but some of the less mature readers here on the Social Blog might now be so understanding. Just a word of advise :) congratz, I have the same problem, this inspired me to call.

I like the header image! Very nice how you did the alpha, or was it a green screen?

Connor: Thanks!

Christian: Yeah, I thought of that, If anyone accused me of being spoiled or bragging, I'd just ignore them.

Zachary: I actually just got a picture of myself, stuck in in Photoshop, used the magic eraser to click off most of the background, the normal eraser to get into corners, made it a new layer on the iMac image, and typed the "My" part in "My new".
