Nintendo DSi Release Date Announced

Nintendo announced today that the new Nintendo DSi will be launched on April 4, 2009.  This announcement comes after many rumors and speculation.  The DSi will sell for 170 dollars and have numerous new features.  The DSi will include larger screens, 2 cameras, and an SD slot in place of the Game Boy cartridge slot found on current models.  This SD card slot will allow for more storage for downloadable content.  The Nintendo DSi is a major upgrade to the original DS.
