My First Impression Of AppleCare
My first experience with AppleCare was a positive one at the least. I will definitely be a returning customer because of their wonderful service. They genuinely cared about my problem and fixed it promptly. I don't live near an Apple Store so I had to do everything over the phone. The telephone agent was very knowledgeable about my machine. The only thing that I needed to tell him was the serial number on my Mac. With just the serial number he knew everything about me: my name, my address, my warranty and my phone number. The most surprising thing was how easy the process was. I called, he sent a box, I sent it back, he fixed it and sent it back. AppleCare isn't a cheap operation either; they paid for all of the overnight shipping. My computer was barely gone for 3 days! They received my machine and replaced my display then shipped it out in one day! I didn't know what to expect with AppleCare so I made the following video...
