Apple gives another peek at Snow Leopard to developers.

With WWDC right around the corner it appears that Apple is wrapping it all up and trying to figure out what the hell they are going to do. I mean sure they have a plan laid out, but it not like they know exactly what they are releasing, and what demos they are doing. Anyways, as you know every thursday and friday Apple gives out an update to developers of Snow Leopard, and today being thursday, Build 10A335 was released.

According to Appleinsider, Apple including some notes urging developers to try out their third party applications in all forms and improve their compatibility with Snow Leopard as well as Apple trying to create Snow Leopard more compatible. It was predicted that Snow Leopard was to arrive in January of this year, but we saw nothing. Not surprised.

Apple is definitely not going to pull a Microsoft where they release something crappy and then rush the next version out. But since Leopard wasn't crappy I guess you can say were safe... sort of.

If Snow Leopard is going to be released at WWDC, that may block out the chance of the new iPhone hardware/tablet we have been hearing about. Or maybe Apple is going to release both at the same time? I don't think so.

I think it is very unlike Apple to bring out two major updates at the same time. Leopard covered just about the entire keynote and conference last year, putting Snow Leopard and a new device seems pretty weird. Then again, Snow Leopard isn't going to be nearly as big as an update as Leopard, Leopard focused on usability and UI enhancement. Snow Leopard is going to take more advantage of hardware like CPUs and GPUs.

So maybe they could release their new device as the spotlight in the keynote, and for "one more thing" talk about Snow Leopard for a little bit, but keep the main focus on the device, and then say Snow Leopard will be released a couple weeks from the conference, as they did with Leopard, except there wasn't a device.

Whatever happens, It'll be good. Trust me.
