Well Microsoft are at it again with a new laptop hunter AD.

In an age of innovative advertising possibilities, it’s very tasteless of Microsoft to compare cheap, plastic notebooks to the a la supreme Macbook Pro. Of course, I am referring to the latest “laptop hunter ads.” They just aren’t realistic and may gain Apple a few more customers. The story is easily understood. If you’re a thug, you buy a PC, and if you’re an affluent, creative individual, you buy a Mac. What more could Apple ask for? Microsoft has done Apple a favor. With that said, these laptop hunter ads may just sell a plastic notebook to a person with no creative aspirations, but they certainly won’t deter Apple fan boys from loving their Apple lives. The following video allows folks to see just how deep the Apple love runs. The Apple juice just drips and dribbles down the chins of Apple fan boys everywhere. The person in the video is me. I was bored one evening, so I set my mind to creating a video that truly connotes my love for Apple computing:
After seeing my video sailing beneath a laptop hunter ad, which computer platform would you want to buy? My thoughts exactly. Apple 4-EVA!

She's complaining that the MacBook Pro only has 2GB RAM, but you go to OWC, you can get 4GB for $60. And Sheila apparently doesn't realize that for good video editing software, you'd end up spending about $200 for Final Cut Pro on a Mac, but you'd spend more than the computer is worth trying to buy appropriate software and debugging everything wrong with Vista's compatability with the software. But, hey, well played Microsoft.

I think they are all the same because there is a pattern. They look at some PCs, look at Macs, then look at PCs, then go "Yippie! Hooray!". And 3 out of 4 of those ads have HP. :/
