What is the point...

Last night UK Time around 3am I was browsing the web. Went to go to my Youtube and what? "This account is closed" My account had been hacked. Obviously this wouldn't have mattered if I had of had no videos or subscribers but I had more than 120 videos which I put alot of hard work into on the account. I find it so frustrating that people find it slightly fun to mess up someone's hard work and leave them with nothing. Since my account was closed I applied for it to be re-opened. Youtube re-opened it alough with no videos. I was and to be honest still am very annoyed. I had opened a new account called "theimacone" Which I am going to use to make videos when I get my iMac for christmas. The person who hacked my account came on my new channel and left the following comment; "hi the iMac one or AAEAC just wanted to tell u i will hack this account soon and other accounts that r ur friends" - I have copied and pasted it so the grammar hasn't been edited as I wanted to let everyone see his exact words.

When he said I will hack this account soon he means my new account. If David doesn't mind me posting the link to his channel here it is: http://www.youtube.com/user/MrRunehacker

When I went onto his channel the first thing I took note of was that he had made a video on a "free online virus scan" which I have never touchd nor' would do so. Also another app; Both of which are obviously viruses themselves. I reported him to Youtube but doubt they will do anything as they are so busy they can't deal with every matter. Some of my Youtube friends have told me that he has threatned them of deleting their accounts. I just don't see the point in ruining it for everyone over nothing. I had never heard of this person until he commented on my channel. This post is mainly for two reasons.

(A) To point out my thoughts and     |      (B) To alert everyone else of this person.

It doesn't matter if you have 0, 1, 20, 100, 200+ videos. It is the fact of the matter that someone is so interested in doing something against other people that will effect everyone else. Also another thing, I had never spoke to this person, Never mentioned him in my videos, Didn't do anything on him and as I said before never heard of him today. What are your thoughts?

People are just low and I can't believe it. The fact that someone would take the time to remove someone's account after all that hard work is just pathetic. I'm really sorry it happened to you. Do you know how the person figured out your password?

I am not too sure how he figured it, I never installed anything un-verified etc. What I am thinking David is would the Youtube Proxy not have stopped him?. I have never told anyone my password nor' typed it into any other site. Just Low lifes wanting to ruin it for everyone else.

I don't understand why some people have to ruin it for everyone. Funny how it is mostly always people with bad grammar.

Sorry dude. I know what it's like to see ll your hard work going down the drain. My friends blog was recently hacked and all her articles completely deleted so I know what it feels like. But the best thing to do now is to keep on going ...

I'm really sorry this happened to you. There are just pathetic people out there who have nothing better to do than negatively affect the lives of others.

It's just so stupid that some low life would actually take the time to hack and delete someones account when you didn't even know him. im sorry that this happened.

It's ironic but the only way to counteract hacking is to become a hacker your self in order to stop them and it is very frustrating when people who hacks other peoples account pointlessly furthermore when they are Script Kiddies ! Good luck in the future and I hope it doesn't happen again

What the heck? I hate when people do this. This has happened to many of the youtube users I follow. It is really REALLY annoying. People need to grow up. I'm so sorry David :(

You know what that is so sick. Why would you go and attack a YouTube channel for know real reason at all beside that you don't like his videos. I really, really enjoyed watching thecreativeone and I am really upset at whoever did this. So my question is, if you were smart, which obviously your not from your grammar, why didn't you just stop watching. I am really sorry David and look forward to theimacone.

My Youtube was also recently hacked, around the same time MrRunehacker made his account. I had about 70+ plus videos and 80ish subs. I was really PISSED OFF because I had this account for over 2 years (March 15 2007) and put alot of work into it. Also many of my videos had well over 1000+ views.

If anyone wants to check out my old account it's still up but I can't log in because the D-Bag changed my password and email that Youtube mail id directed to (which means I can't change the password)

My old account......PS If anyone is wondering I DID NOT put up that video on how to get a free iPhone, the hacker put it up and then just left my account.
