TextEdit Easter Egg
I was using Quick Look the other day to look at Application Icons up close. I found that when expanded you can see a lot of the detail Apple added to their Icons. One icon in particular was very detailed and had a hidden easter egg. This icon is TextEdit. When you expand TextEdit you will notice that the letter that is written contains the words to an old Think Different Ad. I find it awesome that Apple did this and I never even noticed until now.

I love that ad! It happens to be my favorite one.....
Listen very carefully to the Seinfield ad and original ad. The TextEdit icon's text has some differences and both the ads are also different!
Nice find! Awesome!
I'm surprised how many people didn't know about this!
I first saw it a long time ago when I was using Cover Flow in Leopard. I assume other people are finding it now because of Snow Leopard's resizable icon slider at the bottom of every Finder window.
Nice find but this has been in mac os x for years. It was still very cool that you noticed it though!
Wow I did not mean to sound like that much of a jerk
