Why do the acting singers get all the credit?

Really, I've been thinking about this. Why do the singers and actors get so much credit when they really don't even do any hard working job. Yeah they tour and they act for the movie, but who really does all the work.     The producers? No. The actors? No. The people who do most of the work for ANY song or movie is the editor.   Anyone who has ever edited a movie or even just a small video clip can understand how much work goes into it. Editing a song is no different; and if you notice, no singer sounds the same live, that's because the editor has to mess with the voice so that it sounds perfect. Sorry this is such a short blog. I just thought I would see if anyone else thinks this. Thanks.

The editing process takes time yes, but the singers and actors get the credit, and rightfully so for being famous which isnt easy either. and dont tell me Directors and Producers dont work hard.. Dont worry editors are compensated fairly
