Spider-Man 4: A Fresh Start
I love movies! I really do. So, I keep in touch with all the spoilers and rumors going around in the film industry today, and today was a huge day of news in the super-hero movie franchise. Spider-Man 4 has been changed!
Now obviously, I don't have all of the facts yet, but I have most of them, and I'd like to share them with you. Spider-Man 4 is going to reboot the whole franchise. Now, I know you're probably thinking; "Great Nick, but what does all this nonsense mean, anyway?" It simply means that Sony has pushed the release for Spider-Man 4 back, again! They're changing up the franchise too
First off, they're starting with a new cast. This means no Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, or even J.K. Simmons. Oh no! Sony got rid of all of these actors! Now personally, I think by getting rid of Tobey will ruin the franchise, but I'll see the movie regardless. Kirsten, I don't really care for. Getting rid of Tobey is just a bad move, though. He's such a perfect Spider-Man!
Next, Sony got rid of Director Sam Raimi. A lot of arguing and back-talk is what we're losing there, but I will say he did an excellent job with Spider-Man 3's effects with the Sandman.
Finally, the new series of Spider-Man movies will turn back in time, and Tobey Maguire will be back in highschool again. Now, in my opinion, this could be a really good decision, or a really bad decision; good, because all of the villains are alive, once again! They could do Venom's character better. Green Goblin will not be introduced so early. Harry won't be dead! (I also really like James Franco, FYI). This could also be really bad though. It could be so bad, that the Spider-Man series reputation could fall hard! It all just depends. Do you guys really want to see Venom's character used right Do you want to see more of Harry & his father before they died? you guys want more on how Marry Jane and Peter became soul mates?

I'll add one more thing to this..... I hate having to add-on another year to the wait, I want Spider-Man 4 now! (Also comment on the release date if you'd like.) I will be posting more upon the subject as the days past. I am going to be one of the biggest followers of Spider-Man 4. Are you?

Well that was stupid.
The movie was being made, right? Why would they just dump everything? Ugh. I can't believe they would do that.
Seems really crappy to me, but at least we already got a trilogy.

I heard the new villain in this is going to be "Vulture". Personally I like when there is more than one villian.
that is really crappy ... probably the main reason they did all that nonsence is because WaltDisney bought Marble.. but pretty stupid move on there behalf

It's Sony's choice I believe. Not Marvel or Disney.
yes actually marvel do get a say in it. disney have nothing to do with this!
and you know ask how i know this?
becuase look at iron man 2, marvel wanted mandrein to be the main villian but the director didn't he thought it was to into fantasy land with the magic rings. so they eventually decied that they would use whiplash as the vilian and add S.H.E.I..L.D into it. And if you have watched the first iron man on tv recently they have added nick furry clip to the end(half way through the credits).
