thecreativeone.tv iPod touch/iPhone App?

What would you guys think about having a little app that we could use on the go to quickly see if there's any new posts, without having to launch Safari, which can be slow at times? I have no idea how hard it would be to implement this kind of thing, but I'm sure David could work something out; he's thecreativeone!

If this gets enough interest maybe he could have a go at making one. This is now a petition; comment down below if you think it's a good idea and we'll see what David thinks.

It's a great idea, especially seeing as a lot of other blogs have an iPhone App. However:
1) I don't think David would be able to make the app. I'm pretty sure he doesn't develop iPhone apps, but I might be wrong. However, the community could, as in there are definitely writers on the thecreativeone.tv who can develop iPhone apps, so they could do that.
2) You can kind of do this already (but it's not perfect) by putting the social blog's RSS feed into an iPhone RSS reader. However, many RSS readers don't display the whole story, but the good ones do.

Anyway, there are my thoughts. If it did have an app there should be push notification functions though. It would be good if you want to get notified. Oh, and most of all, I think it should be FREE!!!

Great idea! I don't know if David does apps though. I know hes an amazing graphic designer and codes things really good, but I have never herd him mention apps. I'd probably even pay for the app to download it, but I think you have to have like a kit from apple to even begin working in that stuff xP

Yeah, I wasn't exactly sure what went into making an App, but if he designs it then i'm sure he has plenty of contacts that'd be able to turn it into reality.

I've searched but to no avail.

There already is one, but there is absolutely NO effort put into it. All the current does is have a web browser in it.

It would be nice to have a real app, but someone would have to make it. I don't think David would make one himself considering the site already works well in the iphone browser to me.

Look guys even if he did develop an app it would take months for apple to let it in the app store. Guitar hero was making an app until apple said it would take three months to put in on the app store. David is probably capable of making one and he may of made a jaibroken app but never a legal app!
