Partner Features

Partners on YouTube have special features, for example: Banners at the top of their videos, adverts which they earn revenue from, No 10 minute video length restriction. Obviously if they didn't have these features exclusively, then there would be completely no point in having partnership, but I personally, along with others think that non-partners should have some of these features.
