Google Chrome 5.0

If you haven't heard yet, Google has just released today Google Chrome 5 Beta. Of course with this new update, comes better stability and speed. According to a post that I read on macrumors.com, the software has become significantly faster! If you would like to check it out, click here.

My experience so far:

I have been playing around with the browser for about an hour now and noticed that it seems like it actually is slower. Some websites such has Facebook seem to load up really fast, but I noticed that it slows down when I click on someone's page or comment. YouTube also seems to load up fast, but slower than I click around. I am getting 21mbps on my Comcast connection. Maybe someone else is having this problem? Tell me what you think so far in your comments below. Maybe you haven't noticed a difference or you noticed a huge difference. Also tell me what operating system that you are using. I am using Mac OS X Snow Leopard, on my MacBook Pro.
