27" iMac Review

Having had the 27", Core 2 Duo 3.06 GHz iMac for about three months, I thought I would do a review on how it's been, so for anyone thinking about buying an iMac can know what to expect.

Firstly, it's still as fast as ever. The memory hasn't been upgraded from the stock 4GB. It has had quite a lot of applications loaded onto it and it seems to be coping, even with more graphically intensive programs. I have used about 200 GB of the original 1 TB hard drive, partly on a boot camp partition, but also on music and photos.

Secondly, the Magic Mouse, which is included, is a joy to use. It makes things like simple scrolling easy and enjoyable. Another fantastic feature is the ability to enable right clicking. Anyone that has ever used a Windows computer will be grateful for this feature as it can save quite some time.

So there it is, a brief review of the 27" iMac.
