Custom Built PCs

Before owning a Mac, I had a custom built computer; I have heard very mixed responses about the build quality and how good the companies services have been. Personally, I didn't have a particularly good experience with a certain company. The problem with them was that they mis-sold the computer, quoting it as a certain specification and delivering a different one, as well as charging huge amounts for delivery, I believe it was about £80.

So my question to you is, have you ever bought a custom built computer and if so, how did you find it and was the companies service any good?

I have built my own pc before, and personally I think that it is better than buying from dell or hp. The main reasons are because its cheaper, there is more to do to make it faster such as overclocking your cpu and ram. I also had a fun time building it, it was very easy as well. Only took me about 1 hour, probably could have took me less time but i twas my first time and i wanted to take my time.
