Dell ST2210 Unboxing and How-To Multiplex (Dual Display)

In the video shown above is an unboxing of the Dell ST2210 monitor. It has very good specs and can be purchased on the Dell website. I also explain how to multiplex. Here is how:

To Multiplex on a Mac you will need:

- Adapter (For current generation Macs most likely you will need a Mini DisplayPort to VGA or DVI)

- VGA Cable (Or DVI cable. Depends on monitor.)

- Monitor

OPTIONAL:

- External Keyboard and Mouse

So to multiplex on a mac what you will have to do is plug your adapter into the Mac and connect the VGA cable to the adapter. Then you plug the VGA cable into the monitor itself and power on the monitor. While your monitor powers on you will see a blue flash on your Mac screen. It may readjust itself. Then you should open up the System Preferences on your Mac and click on displays and readjust the resolution, arrangement, etc. If you have trouble understanding what I just said everything will be in the video above. Thanks for watching.
