Replacing a Flip Unit

In this video I go over my experience of replacing my Flip UltraHD camcorder. The Flip is a wonderful camcorder, but like any other product it has some issues. In my case, the camera couldn't turn on. I simply went to theflip.com and found the 24/7 support line and told them my problem. They instructed me to reinstall the software via my Mac. tAfter that did nothing, they told me to take out the batteries and leave the camera untouched for 72 hours. That did nothing and they said you get a replacement Flip, they emailed me the shipping numbers, etc. and in two weeks, I got a new camera.
