Review: Marware Ecovue for iPad 2
A case that combines style with protection and ease of use. If that is the type of case that you are looking for, then this case is most certainly for you.
On first glance you will see that the case is extremely slim but the material seems strong enough to withstand some drops, although it is still something I would not recommend doing. 
To apply the case, you simply snap your iPad into the hard plastic backing and it is secured by four ridges that will stop your iPad from slipping out. I had an issue fitting the iPad into the case, as it was extremely tight, but I can see that this is for the best.
When the case is applied you can then take use of the smart cover technology, think of it like the smart cover Apple should have made, with a backing. All ports are easily accessible as well as the speaker grill and charging port. The problem I have with a lot of cases is that the camera connection kit does not fit into the port while a case is attached, I did not have this issue which is a big deal for me.
The typing position is actually a lot better than the Apple Smart Cover, the iPad is more raised which makes it a lot more easy to type on. With the Smart Cover the iPad is not raised enough for my liking which made it hard to type.
The smart cover does however have a far better way of propping the iPad up for viewing photos and videos. I found the Marware case to be very tedious when trying to prop it up, as it kept falling.
In conclusion I think this case is defiantly one of the best I have used in a while, it has its negative points but other than that it is great. Thanks again to MobileFun to sending me this case and for more iPad 2 accessories, check out them out!
