RIP Steve Jobs 1955-2011
It seems like everyone is posting on TekSocial about Steve Jobs' death. So I want to write my own personal entry as my tribute to Steve.
He grew up a normal guy, he had an idea, and he made the most revolutionary company in the world. Jobs was key in introducing such things as the first home computers, the first laptop, the first true MP3 player, the first smart phone, the first tablet computer. The list is endless.
Regardless of his work, Steve Jobs was a great man. He was called a workaholic by his co-workers, but he was generous. The Product Red ipods were his idea, in the idea of helping those in need in Africa.
Steve Jobs will forever be an integral figure in technology, and we will all miss him. It is a little strange that he passed a day after the Apple Keynote, but it is what it is.
RIP Steve Jobs, we will miss you. Everyone take a moment to stop and think about the man who made us "Think Different".
