Apple TV Review

The Apple TV is an amazing product if you want to stream Netflix movies, watch YouTube videos, or simply listen to music in your library. I was very surprised when I found out how small the Apple TV is, when I received it for my birthday. I thought it was going to be at least twice the size. Although I loved it at first, I had a "bad" experience. Here's an unboxing video:

When I first turned it on, I thought the menu layout was simple and intuitive. It was very easy to setup my Internet connection, YouTube account, iTunes library, etc. I never really rented a movie before, but I decided to recently. I'll get into that later. I really thought Apple did an excellent job on this product, especially when you compare it to the size of the previous generation model.

The other day I rented a movie. I was surprised when it wouldn't let me play the movie. So, I decided to email the Apple Support Team. I was happy to know that they would refund my purchase. They even threw in two free song credits! I've always thought that Apple has had an excellent customer service department, and this has confirmed my thoughts. I hope I don't have any other problems in the near future. If I do, I know I can turn to the Apple Service Team for help.
