Rear-Facing Camera on Next iPod nano?

According to MacRumors a leaked next generation iPod nano photo was leaked, and it looks like it has a camera hole on it. The photo was released by Apple.pro, which closely resembles the current iPod nano body, but there is a hole where the so-called camera will go. The camera hole is in the top right corner of the body, but that space is currently occupied by the battery.

If accurate, Apple would need to make the battery even smaller. Another thing is that the clip covers the whole entire back of the iPod nano. Apple would have to ditch the clip. We'll just have to see what happens at the next iPod event. Here’s a picture of the leaked photo and the current iPod nano body.
