Magic Trackpad or Magic Mouse?

image.alt.MB829Apple has released news of their newest operating system--Lion-- which has been designed to fully optimize finger “swiping” gestures. These unique swiping movements make the barrier between you and your desktop more similar to the experience iOS on the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. If you enjoy using Apple’s hardware products, than the question is: will you be using the Magic Mouse or the Magic Trackpad? Both are capable of handling multi-touch gestures, but they each have strengths and weaknesses over each other based on your own personal preferences. Will you be making a switch with the release of Lion?

Although both are capable of multi-touch gestures I don't think Apple intended the mouse for use with the new feature. Imagine trying to use the four and three finger swipe on the Magic mouse. It may be a little challenging especially since it is a "not-so-stationary" product like the trackpad is. Either way I am very much looking forward to Lion and the features it brings.
