Review: SXP Denim Case for iPad 2

The SXP Denim case for the iPad 2 combines style with protection. You'll be sure to get a few looks while carrying your iPad about in this fashionable case.

As you can tell from the title, this case is made of denim. The material feels high quality and the stitching is very well done. On the front of the case is a pouch, shaped in the way of a back pocket like on a pair of jeans. How witty. The back of the case sports a zipped pocket which I found perfect for my USB cables, camera connection kit, CD's/DVD's or even papers. 

The inside of the case is extremely well padded. It consists of orange foam which is ridged to ensure the up-moast protection for your iPad. The case also supports the use of a Smart Cover, so you can put your iPad into the pouch with the Smart Cover attached. 

The iPad is held in place by a zip that is extremely sturdy and I have had no faults with it at all. You can be confident knowing your iPad is well protected.

The case fits extremely well into a back pack or even a satchel due to its small form factor. I use this when taking my iPad to school and it fits perfectly into my average size back pack.

One of the issues I had with this case is that the corners are not well protected. I would love to see the corners filled with the same material that is inside the case so that if I did drop it (God forbid) the damage may not be as bad. 

Another issue is that the pocket on the case is not very useful. I can see it being put on there just for the whole "jeans effect." I would love have an attached button so that I could maybe store something in it, but for the mean time it still looks cool.

I strongly recommend this case to students like myself who are traveling a lot and enjoy taking their iPad to class. It is definatly a change from the usual bland cases I see which is what I like.
