Get Better Battery Life On Your Mac
Here are a few tips to get better battery life on your Mac.
#1. Make sure that your hard drive is set to sleep when possible, and that your screen backlight will automatically dim when your not using your Mac. If you have a graphics setting on your Mac, make sure it's set to "Better Battery Life". These settings can be accessed from Settings > Energy Saver.
#2. Make sure that you don't have any unneeded menu-bar apps running.
#3. Turn off Bluetooth if you're not currently using it. This seems like a small thing, but it actually can make a noticeable difference.
#4. I know this is an easy one, but make sure that you screen and keyboard backlight are only as bright as you need them.
