Google's LG Nexus 4 - How does it hold up against competitors regarding value for money?
With the new flagship Nexus phone announced today from Google, it seems to pack a whole host of high end features into a device that is remarkably very cheap. I take an in depth look at how the Nexus 4 stacks up to competion from the iPhone 5, Galaxy S III, HTC Windows Phones, and other devices. The competetive price point for this new phone really allows it to be one of the best android phones on the market, and with solid hardware alongside Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, it would make for a fantastic upgrade for almost anybody.
Whilst the hardware itself is competetive with the highest end android devices and iPhones, some may complain about the lack of 4G LTE networking or SD card expansion. Keep in mind however, that the inclusion of NFC and inductive charging compensates at this price point - and, in the UK at least, buying two Nexus 4's will still be cheaper than buying an iPhone 5!
