Athena IT Limited, makers of the popular Facebook Chat application “Chit Chat for Facebook” have released a new application that makes it possible to make your own Facebook Cover.

Over the past two years it’s been generally accepted that in order to have a “bespoke” Facebook Cover one must select a Facebook Cover from a number of popular Facebook Cover websites or use your own photo. The problem with the earlier option is that the Facebook Covers are made by graphic designers and you have no creative input apart from the selection of the Facebook Cover that you wish to use.

Enter Facebook Cover Maker, it’s an app that makes it very easy for you to select from various creative elements in order to design and create your own Facebook Cover. One loaded, the cover maker app asks for you to select a character, then gender of that character and then invites you select from a variety of creative to customize you Facebook Cover creation.

Users choose from a variety of backgrounds, hat wear, facial expressions, clothing and other miscellaneous objects to build their own Facebook Cover.

Is this application any good? Well, despite the currently limited options available at the time of writing, Facebook Cover Maker is a convincing way in which to create your own Facebook Cover - it’s a heck of a lot easier than designing a Facebook Cover yourself from scratch, but it requires a little more involvement than choosing a “Facebook Cover” off the wall so to speak. You ought to be able to create your own Facebook Cover in just a few minutes, a simply button allows you to instantly transport your Facebook Cover creation to your Facebook profile.

To summarize - despite a limited number of customizations, Facebook Cover Maker is a great way in which to create your own Facebook Cover.
