My Apple Store Customer Experience Story

Whether or not you like Apple products, I don't think you can deny that Apple has great customer service. In fact, they have been ranked number one in customer satisfaction for quite some time. I can now say that I've been apart of this great experience.

It means a lot when a company really cares about the satisfaction of their customers with their products. It's a feeling of a safe, enjoyable purchase. Some people can say that Apple products are overpriced, yet I never feel like I'm getting ripped off when I buy an Apple product, big or small. In this brief video, I discuses the experience I had with the Apple Store, and how nice it was to be helped in a fast and efficient way. The problem was fixed within minutes, and there were no questions asked. Perfect!
