Review: Mobee Magic Charger

In this video, I give my full review of the Magic Charger from Mobee. The Magic Charger is an inductive charging solution for Apple's Magic Mouse. Basically, this means that you'll no longer need to buy those old school AA batteries.

The Mobee Magic Charger is a fantastic charging solution for the Magic Mouse. Not only does it replace AA batteries, but it also looks great on your desk. The design is minimalistic and very easy to use. Simply put the battery pack in the Magic Mouse, plug in the charger to any free USB port, and you're ready to use the product.

When using this product, I found that the battery lasts quite awhile. On average, a single charge lasts about one or two weeks. This is about what I got out of the mouse when using the AA batteries. The real Magic of this product is how easy it is to charge the mouse. Simply place the Magic Mouse on the base and forget about it. Really- that's it! There's no need to remove the battery pack, plug anything in, or even turn the mouse off. When the battery starts to get low, simply place it on the base and you're good to go. When placing the mouse on the charger before going to bed, I found that the mouse was fully charged when I woke up; good for another 1 to two weeks!

Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It performed exactly as advertised, no questions asked. The Magic Charger can be found right here and is available for fifty dollars. When you consider the ease of use, the length of battery charge, and the savings on AA batteries, the product is definitely worth the price and will quickly pay for itself in the first couple charges.
