Zummii iPhone App: Customer Experience Community

Social media has made it easier than ever to tell a company about your experience as a customer, whether it was good or bad. But because so many people are on sites like Twitter and Facebook, you can't always connect in a real way. That is what Zummii has stepped in to fix, putting you right into communication with interested businesses that want to hear about your experience. They even want to reward you for it.

How It Works

You are basically able to connect to local businesses, as well as some online ones, and rate their establishment. You tell them about when you used their services, what happened and what impression you were left with. It is all based on a simple “agree or disagree” system, like many surveys.

Once you have given your feedback, it will take you to a screen where you can choose a reward. This is usually a coupon from that business, such as a percentage off your next purchase, or even a buy-one-get-one deal. These are exclusive offers for Zummii users.

The interface is a little bit more cluttered than I like, but the app is incredibly easy to use. All rewards offered are valuable, as well.
