ShowScoop Concerts for iPhone Review

I have been to my share of disappointing concerts in my time. Autotune and music editing software have made the actual skills of some bands and artists misleading. Not to mention, some bands just don't translate well to the stage. Some of the worst shows I have attended have bombed because the performers lacked the energy to pull off a live performance, rather than any actual problem with the sound.

Avoid these pitfalls and wasting money on shows you are going to regret. ShowScoop allows you to browse ratings of bands to find out if they are actually as good live as they are on their album. You can also rate the bands you have seen in concert, so others can be warned away from the flukes, and pointed towards the best of the bunch.

Nice Interface

I was especially impressed with the layout and design of the app. Not only is it easy to navigate despite a large number of features, but it has a modern and attractive look you will be sure to appreciate. The concert photos are fantastic, and look all the more dramatic against the black backdrop.

There is also a social element to the app. Follow people who provide useful reviews or enjoy the same music you do.

Conclusion

This is a great app for anyone who attends concerts, but especially those who attend a lot of them. You will save a lot of time and money by seeing before you purchase tickets who has been consistently rated lowest in performance.
