Much less get tips on increases you should be making to get the best results. That is why you should always have this app handy, so you always know where you are, where you have been, and where to go from there.

LiftSick is a handy little app that records all of your personal bests at certain stop points. These are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 20 reps, all charted at specific weight points. Once you reach a new maximum it will give you advice on weights to use at that point in time.

How It Works

You have different categories to track your progress. These are Bench, Press, Deadlift, Squat, Row and Custom. You record as you go, tracking your weight and reps in the easy to use app. It will show you the personal record, as well as the predicted mass and percentage max of pounds per number of reps.

Conclusion

Everything in LiftSick is completely self explanatory and simple. It is the perfect app for charting your weight lifting progress and finding where to go at each stage. At $0.99, you have nothing to lose.
