Flutter: Control Playlists with Gestures (Google Chrome)
Do you want more control over your media? Do you wish there was a Kinect for your computer? Now there is, thanks to the Flutter plugin for Chrome.
How It Works
Using the built in camera on your laptop, or any connected camera to your desktop computer, it detects motion. This allows you to use hand gestures to stop, pause, play or skip videos on YouTube, songs on Pandora, slideshows on Apple Keynote and more.
What is even better is that is works anywhere from one to six feet from your camera. So you don't have to be sitting right in front of your computer to make it work. I use it to switch songs during workouts without having to stop.
What People Are Saying
Usually plugins like this are more cool in concept than in reality. Not in this case, though. People love this Chrome plugin, and for good reason. It does just what it says it will, is compatible with popular sites like Netflix and iTunes, and it is absolutely free.
