Reminder: The Infinite Playlist Premieres Tomorrow

The Infinite Playlist, a half-hour podcast relating to all things music, will premiere tomorrow at 8:00 AM. Make sure you head over to infiniteplaylist.co.nr and click subscribe!

For the first episode, my co-host and I had the opportunity to interview Jay Agee from youtube.com/nreluctant about his Tik Tok parody music video. We'll also be reviewing "Of June" by Owl City, and will present to you our songs of the week.

The Infinite Playlist: Teaser Episode

Officially, the first episode of The Infinite Playlist won't be released until March 2, but we decided to throw together a little teaser episode for everyone so that they can see exactly what they're getting into.

New Podcast + Website: The Infinite Playlist

After only one day of debating with myself and talking to a friend, the website for my new podcast "The Infinite Playlist" has been launched.

As I mentioned previously, this podcast will be about all things music. Every week, my co-host and I will bring you a 30-minute show about the latest news in music, some great new music, plus the songs we fell in love with that week. Our first episode won't be launched until March 2, 2010, but that isn't too far away.

Like Apple, I love music with a deep passion. I always have and I always will. That's why i'm thinking about starting a podcast of my own, on the topic of, of course, music.

Keep in mind that this is still in concept phase, but I plan to work hard to get it into an actual state of being. Let me tell you exactly what it would entail.

• New episode every Tuesday (seems to be the "music day")
• Segments would include weekly news, music review, artist to watch for, and song of the week
• Podcast published on iTunes and on a separate blog (and possibly thecreativeone)
• Would occasionally have guest host (might be looking for full-time guest host)

I'll be sure to let you guys know when and if this idea progresses ahead, but I do plan on it doing so, and I hope it turns out as good in real life as it did in my head.

Blogging is back!

Blogging is back!, of course twitter is still very popular but more and more people have started blogging or starting there own website. Seeing as the price of hosting your own site has come down and there are many free sites that you can start a blog on such as blogger, wordpress etc. I think why blogging has become more and more popular is because people are starting to want to express there own opinion on things, whether it be tech, software, politics or almost anything people want to get there opinion out there. or maybe people just want to inform people or show people there hobbies e.g cooking, tech, reading etc etc.
Its the same as podcasting more and more people are starting there own podcasts again to spread there opinion and inform about anything. Also blogs and podcasts can be done from a bedroom to a full blown studio but its the content that matters.
