Windows 7 UAC Settings
In this new screen cast, I provide great detail on how you can change, and ultimately turn off the UAC Settings in Windows 7. UAC tends to get really annoying if you are installing new programs onto your personal computer (PC). In order to turn off the UAC Settings, you need to do the following:
- Start Menu
- Control Panel
- User Accounts and Family Safety
- User Accounts
- Change User Account Control settings
- Slide bar to bottom (Never notify)
- Click "OK"
- Restart Computer
I hope you enjoyed the video. If you have any other screen cast ideas or just any other video suggestions, please comment or give me an email at steve@techjohnson.com.

That's nice, but doesn't Windows 7 have this as one of the "Getting Started" things when you first install Windows? If I remember right, it tells you right away to change your UAC settings.
Yes it does. Some people do over see it though and then get annoyed with it later on. That's why I made this video because I had a buddy of mine over look it. I'm sure the video will be helpful for others as well. :) Hope you enjoyed the video. Hopefully I will be making more screen casts for Windows 7, just need ideas on what to make them for. Have any ideas?
