Are you kidding me, Apple? This is one of Apple's major problems

Okay, before I start this post, I want to say that it may contain some minor language, just because I'm really pissed off right now. With that said, let's get started. You may all know Apple as the company that makes that computer that you own, or that computer that you want. They also sell iPods, the beloved iPhone, and they created iTunes. Along with iTunes, they created iTunes gift cards. A lot of people say that Apple is "perfect" and that "god created them." Well let me say this, you ignorant children, they're not. They're far from perfect. What's that? You don't know what I'm talking about? Let me explain. It was late September. Halo 3 ODST was coming out in a couple of days and I needed to have my hands on it. I told my sister that if she bought me Halo 3 ODST, I would exchange a couple of things with her, including a 20 dollar iTunes gift card. Now we're in mid-October. All is well, I have my ODST, and I'm ready to buy my sister a $20 iTunes giftcard, $25 actually, because Apple doesn't sell $20's. I order. I get a confirmation by email that my giftcard has been sent with the US Postal Service to a physical address. Now, I wait, only to get an email from Apple telling me that my gift card got lost in the mail because they shipped it with the US Postal Service, and it strictly says on Apple's website that they cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, even thought they're shipping with the Postal Service. What douche bag made that desicion? I can envision that meeting now, "Oh okay, were going to ship with the Postal Service, but not allow people to ship to P.O. Boxes." That person is either mentally challenged, or hates you all. So now we're at today. I called Apple many times trying to get my $25 gift card, but no. I'm forced to wait and go to an Apple Store to buy my card. I thought that everything was about innovating, Apple? I thought that everything was easy? WRONG! I hope that the person that made that desicion reads this, and realizes what a noob he is. If you made things easy, Apple, then you would send me the code via email; not send me a giftcard over the mail. Apple is not always "simple." Steve Jobs is not "god." Thank you for letting me vent. You know instead of crying about it, the reason they don't ship to p.o.Boxes, is for the consumer protection, so people don't steal credit cards and ship to untraceable p.o.Boxes.

It's nobody's fault be your own. It's no reason to cry. There website clearly states that they don't ship to PO box. This blog is not for ranting and no one cares. IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT, NOT APPLES!

I love Apple and all but I do agree that this is ridiculous.

Why don't you go to a store next time and pick one up? I would never order any Apple products online. Its much more fun to go to a store (doesn't have to be the Apple store for iTunes gift cards, though, for Mac it should be).

well maybe they assigned a retard to that job because only idiots order gift cards from apple.

They might not ship to P.O. boxes because people can like break into them and stuff. Who knows? They have to have a good explanation behind it, though. So stop complaining--I'm sure they know what they're doing.
