Einstein's Riddle

Hey everyone, I came across this riddle by Einstein. This does require you to think in order to solve it. I will give you all the information I received in order to solve this riddle. Here is a quote from Einstein for this riddle. He said "98% of the world population would not be able to solve it.There are no tricks, just pure logic, so good luck and don't give up." If you guys get the answer please send me a tweet at twitter.com/coolamundo and I will tell you if you are right or wrong. I stress that you try it out and don't cheat! Below is the information in order to solve it. I suggest you set up 5 columns up and 5 columns wide (25 columns in total), that way it is easier to organize yourself.

P.S. I did solve this myself, then checked the answer. It took me about 10-15min.

2. The Swede keeps dogs as pets.
