Google Chrome Web Browser Beta for Linux/Mac
Google today announced the public release of the beta version of Google's web browser "Chrome" for Linux and Mac users. As usual I jumped on the bandwagon and went and downloaded it for my Mac. So farm so good is what I can say. I've been using it for a couple hours and it seems clean, fast and simple to use. It's much like Chrome for Windows. When I first opened it up, it asked me if I would like to import my bookmarks from Safari and there was a drop down menu to select different browsers to import the bookmarks. It took just seconds, and it imported them all correctly and without a problem. I would not recommend downloding this onto a every day machine in case it might mess things up, but I highly doubt it would. More info and where you can download it from is available here: http://www.google.com/chrome?platform=mac&hl=en
