Smallest/Most Efficient Laptop Cooler

So I have been testing this M2 laptop cooler for around 6 months now. I've got to say, this is one of the smallest coolers I have seen, and when you first look at it you expect it to be a mimic. However the amount of heat it dissipates from the already hot MacBook Pro is outstanding. Plus with the added USB powered fan, when things really start to burn in a few minuets, you will be back to normal temperatures.
