Nintendo Video on Demand service: Your Thoughts?

Today, Nintendo announced that their long awaited Wii on demand service will land in Japan on May 1st. Called Wiiの間 (Wii Room) is like a combination of Netflix for Xbox 360 and PlayStation Home. When you enter Wii Room it is a traditional Japanese type room. You can have other friends visit the room, and watch video on demand. Celebrity Miis may come in and suggest some videos for you to watch. You can also message friends through this channel. After watching a video you can rate it by a system much like the Everybody Votes Channel, although there are 3 ratings: Yes, So-So, and No. You can also let your friends know what you are watching too. Also there will be some advertisements that will show companies products and you can even have a free sample delivered to your own home. Also you can transfer videos to your Nintendo DSi, also including video coupons. Lets say you’re are the Apple store, you show an employee a video that says “10% off of iPod accessories”, then they would put that as a discount. So what are your thoughts on this?
