Twitter: A big hunk of crap

Just to get this out of the way: I love twitter. While I do love twitter, they really need to step up to the plate. They are alway down, there is alway bugs and they seem to not care. I would not be on twitter anymore if someone came out with a new service that does the same thing. Come on twitter, with all the media coverage right now, you should be ready for the traffic! Is it really that hard to keep such a simple site at least working?
