What if there isn't a MacBook tablet?

Think about it. What if all the blog posts, rumors, pictures and videos weren't true and Apple doesn't make a MacBook tablet.....would the white MacBook just be alone? would it be like that for a while? There we're rumors back in 2003 about a Mac Tablet, when they realized Apple was not going to release one, all the hype went down. What if that happens now?

If you didn't know, Axiotron makes a ModBook- A white MacBook with a touch screen. What the do is rip off the keyboard and Display, and puts a touch screen on top. Although it isn't multi touch and can only be used with a stylus, its great for professionals like graphic designers and such, it's not aimed at the average consumer. While its a very nice product, its expensive... costing at least 2,499$ (US). 

I personally think that since Apple killed the black MacBook back in October when the Aluminum MacBook was introduced, they should bring it back because the 13" Aluminum MacBook is now the 13" MacBook Pro. Of course the main reason we think there is going to be a Mac tablet is because the White one stands alone at the moment. I'm not saying they should bring it back WITH a MacBook Tablet, I think if there is no MacBook tablet, it would be great if Apple gave us the chance to choose between Black or White. 

I wan't Apple to release a Mac Tablet. I don't think it would be like anything else. Think about the iPhone and all the things it introduced when Apple first released it back in 2007. Although its been 2 whole years, no one has been able to create something nearly as good as it. They changed the way we use cell phones forever, and set the industry standard. I think with a MacBook tablet, they could do amazing things that no other company can do with thier touch screens (ex: HP Touchsmart).
