A couple ways to speed up your Mac

1. Quit applications that you are not using

2. If there are multiple accounts on your computer, make sure they aren't running any apps

3. Always update your computer whenever you can

4. Don't keep a lot of widgets running on your dashboard

5. Reset the Cache in Safari

6. Keep your desktop nice and tidy

7. Unplug unnecessary peripherals like printers and iPods

8. Make your dock 2D instead of 3D

9. Max out the RAM

10. Get a faster HD

11. Play around on a Windows computer and then go back and give your Mac a hug
