What is going on with Apple's website? It has Verizon on it.
What is going on with the Apple website? I was going onto apple.com with my laptop and I get this picture [figure 1] and I don't know what is up, because on my desktop...nothing happens. It is just the same plain apple logo and on my cousins computer, she does not see it either.
I know you guys are going to think I Photoshoped this...so what I did was took a video of it and will post it as soon as I get it on youtube. Check it out! maybe it will work for you.

Hello guys! im back to show you guys the video, I hope that for some of you this worked. At the moment I do not know what is going on. I have tried to contact apple, but for some reason...I cannot.

I did what you guys told me...I emptied out the cache on IE and I even restarted the computer. And im still getting the VZW next to www.apple.com. The thing is...I don't go on the Verizon website at all, because there is no point for me to go. So i don't know what's up.

It's simple. Apple has already announced that the Iphone will be available for Verison some time in December or possibly January. I called Apple and asked if this was actually true, and... yeah it is. No BS here, go to Steve Job's house and ask him yourself. Although he may have a touch and some shuffles up his ass by the time you knock on the door.
For the logo, Apple is just tweaking a few things on the site that caused it to appear for only a few seconds, and you are the lucky IP that was able to grab the site right when it malfunctioned. Ding, grats? I guess.

Its not going to be anything to do with Apple... something local screwed up on your PC.
I've seen favicons get mixed up by IE before. Try clearing your temp files and delete iconcache.db
Then try ditching IE :)
It happens to me ALL THE TIME! lol I got the youtube logo next to the Apple URL once. Its nothing and don't go thinking it might have to do with apple trying to get the iPhone on verizon. It was just a screw up.
well guys i cleared up the cache and restarted my computer...and i dont go on the verizon website. so i dont know how it could get messed up. But im still getting the verizon logo.
i never get the problem of this happening.
