New WoW Expansion- Updated

I figured I'd make a short list of what we know about the new World of Warcraft expansion called Cataclysm before Blizzcon '09 lands.

  • There will indeed be two more playable races: Worgens and Goblins.
  • Worgens for the Alliance, Goblins for the Horde.
  • New class combinations will be available, some of which include Human Hunters, Night Elf Mages, Tauren Paladins, Gnome Priests, and Troll Druids.
  • Level Cap will be raised to 85. <----- I must question why there will only be five levels Blizzard?
  • Flying mounts will be allowed in some parts of Azeroth.
  • The location "Azshara" will become a low level starting zone.
  • The dragon/boss Deathwing will play a huge role in the expansion.
  • The Barrens will be split into two sections.  This might be the Goblins starting zone.

Keep in mind that these are just some of the basics, and when Blizzcon hits there will be much more details and information.
