Simple thoughts on Apple's new iPods

So all over Twitter and YouTube people are ranting about the new iPods. Like about how the iPod Touch didn't get anything done to it visually or how the nano is getting more attention. Well I just want to share my thoughts on this. 

So first of all, to me, Apple likes to surprise us consumers. Most of the prediction videos said stuff about the new iPod Touch getting a camera and a microphone. Not just speed updates (which are still nice to have). Well here is one way to think about this. A month before the iPhone 3Gs came out Sprint advertised that they were going to have the first 4G network. So when I saw that I thought Oh wow. What is Apple going to do now. Well they did something most/all of us didn't think about. They named it the 3Gs instead of 4G. Not many visual changes (if any). But it is faster which is better. Who's to say that in a month or two, Apple is just not going to put a camera and a Microphone in their iPod Touch? Well it would be weird because people would buy this one and then when they find out that a new on is out within a month get really angry but. It is how they make money if you like it or not. 

If you have a multi-million dollar business, what do you want. To make money or lose money? Well I am a greedy person, I will admit it. If you met me you would know that I was. So I would rather make more money. I'm sorry but I would have people to pay and need money for new products. It is how the business industry is, so why are you mad at them for wanting to make money. I am happy with Apple's choice to surprise us all. After the iPod Touch second generation came out, the others such as the Nano and the classic didn't get much attention but now, I am hoping that they get a lot of attention. But I hope that it is good. 

All in all, what's done is done and there is no going back now. We should all be happy for the technology that Apple and Microsoft and other companies provide us with. I don't think I could make products like them.
