Creating Tilt-Shift Style Images with Photoshop

About 2 months ago my father showed me some cool videos that looked really cool.  In the video the objects looked almost 'toy-like'.  The frames were taken in such a way that it looked miniaturized.  It is really hard to explain in text, so I will post the video that I saw below...

Beached from Keith Loutit on Vimeo.

I was really interested in this Tilt-Shift style of photography so I decided to give it a shot myself.  After creating several images, one of which is located in the 'user-submissions' section of thecreativeone.tv, I decided to make a simple tutorial for you guys and gals.  I hope that you enjoy the tutorial, and let me know if you have any suggestions for future tutorials.  If you do decide to try the tutorial, please post your results for the community to see.  The tutorial is located below...

Thanks again,

Kyle

That's impossible. Your most have been doing something in your browser to make it slower. That test is for your Internet speed. Whatever browser you use should not effect the speeds.
