The Glif

If you’ve already read this article on Mashable, then you’ll have heard about the Glif. For those who haven’t, the Glif is a small, lightweight iPhone 4 kickstand that allows you to prop up your iPhone on any surface, connect it to a tripod or even use as an antenna guard. The Glif provides the user with multiple uses; to see more, visit their website. 

The idea basically comes from the fact that the iPhone 4 now has a very sophisticated camera system which can’t be fully utilized, as it's difficult to attach the phone to a tripod. The Glif provides the perfect solution as it’s small, lightweight and easily attaches to the phone or fits in your pocket when you're not using it. 

The Glif isn’t currently under production, as the creators have insufficient funds to mass produce this product. They have therefore registered the idea on KickStarter where anyone can donate to the cause, and in the case of the Glif, pre-order your own Glif.
