Apple Daily 10/29/10

Friday didn't produce anything interesting, just some numbers and rumors that have been re-iterated.

Sprint CEO says Apple's Wi-Fi iPad has boosted wireless hotspot sales

This certainly isn't new, we see the Apple magic rub off on other companies. As a matter of fact just this week there was a rumor that Apple was going to buy Sony, that put the Sony Corporation stock up 3%. Now I can definitely see this fading for Sprint though, Verizon is doing the same thing under the power of Apple. I guess they got a little early candy for trick or treat.

IDC: Apple passes RIM to become No. 4 global mobile phone vendor

4 words, I saw this coming. RIM is dying, wether you like it or not. The torch is just being over advertised and over glorified. Apple isn't stopping though, you see a lot of these big phone makers leading Apple, but take a look at the monthly numbers. Apple is getting up there, and FAST! Only a matter of time before Apple takes over.

Fortune: Apple to release Verizon iPhone in early 2011

Well no !@#$. I think if you haven't seen Verizon planning on doing this you must not have internet. Who knows, maybe with the HTC Evo being a white special edition we will see the white "unicorn" iPhone. Remember that Apple did take down the statement about the white iPhone.

So that's it so far guys, tomorrow will probably be a slow day so if no news comes out I'll give out good halloween wishes.
