Apple Daily 11/1/10
Starting off November we get nothing too mind blowing, just a few things. First is the old HyperMac Story, then we have target coming into Apple sales. Over the weekend we had another lawsuit, and Mr. Jobs commented on USB 3.0. So lets dig in...
HyperMac to be rebranded HyperJuice after Apple legal action
So as you can see by the title of the original post, HyperMac, a company that was growing popular quickly because of it's batteries that allow almost any current Apple device to plug in and get some juice, will now be named HyperJuice. Why? Well they didn't ask big Apple's permission to use the Mag-Safe connector. Apple cracked down and now made them change the name. By the way today is the last day to pick up one of those chargers.
Target to sell Apple's iPhone at 846 stores starting Nov. 7
Now Target isn't really the place that I would go to buy my Apple products, not to hate on Target folks, but it does expand Apple's products to people who maybe don't want to sit through waits at the Apple store or have no other electronic stores around them. So after just getting the iPad about a month ago, they pick up the iPhone 4 and, well that's it.

Apple countersues Motorola over multi-touch iPhone patents
Ohhh when will other companies ever be off the hook, so many patents are broken and Apple is just picking out the companies to attack. Gotta love that. This time it is for the touch screen itself, the graphical interface, and some other programming features. Here's a good way to stay out of Apple's way, make your own !@#$ phone!
